Francesco Gisondi

Francesco Gisondi is a seasoned technical specialist currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at Jane Technologies, Inc. since June 2022, where expertise in technical support and management of high-volume cases is demonstrated through the use of tools such as Postman, PgAdmin, Salesforce, XML, SQL, and JSON. Prior experience includes a decade at Apple as a Technical Support Representative and Mac Genius, along with co-founding and leading as Head of Product and Lead Trainer at mizu sushi co., where Francesco launched Vancouver’s first plant-based sushi restaurant, achieving recognition as an ‘UberEats’ Top Restaurant’ in 2021. Francesco holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Concordia University.
