Kai Zithier

Kai Zithier currently serves as Bereichsleiter Vertrieb & Marketing and Bereichsleiter Vertriebsmanagement & Vertriebssteuerung at Janitos Versicherung AG since 2022. Prior to this, Kai held multiple leadership roles at Zurich Gruppe Deutschland from 2001 to 2021, including Head of Broker Sales Support, where responsibilities encompassed sales requirement implementation, digital transformation, and IT support. In previous roles, Kai focused on enhancing sales support for brokers, improving customer service in occupational pension schemes, and developing service excellence and process optimization initiatives.
