Greg McShea has over two decades of experience in the legal and compliance field within the financial industry. Greg currently holds the position of Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Janney Montgomery Scott. Prior to this, Greg served as Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer at M&T Bank, General Counsel at Legg Mason Capital Management, and General Counsel at Western Asset Management. With a Juris Doctor in Law from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Business Administration from West Virginia University, Greg McShea brings a strong educational background to their career.
