John Rueff

Vice President of Sales and Marketing at JANO Technologies (JANO Justice Systems)

John Rueff has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. John started their career in 1995 as a Regional Director at Tech 9, where they established a sales territory for a start-up company and built relationships with key decision makers. From 2004 to 2011, they served as the COO of Tshirts For Humans, where they directed internal operations and developed operating processes.

In 1999, John joined Follett School Solutions as a Resource Management Consultant and worked there until 2015. During this time, they contributed to the development and installation of procedures and controls.

John then joined Hayes Software Systems in 2015 as a National Account Manager, where they focused on developing and supporting software and services for the K-12 school administration market.

John later moved to JANO Technologies (JANO Justice Systems) in 2016 as the Director of Sales and Marketing. In this role, they created a market presence for cloud and SaaS technologies and provided strategic and tactical leadership to sales, customer service, and marketing representatives. In September 2020, they were promoted to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they continued their business development efforts and created a sustainable 5-year business plan.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, business development, and operations management.

John Rueff completed their education by earning a Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Business degree with a concentration in Marketing from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
