Vasco Bridges III has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Vasco began their career as CEO of JANO Technologies, where they led the integrated justice information management firm. Vasco later became the Chief Operating Officer at FitBiomics, a position they held until 2023.

Vasco has also worked at prestigious companies such as Deloitte and Goldman Sachs. At Deloitte, they served as a Manager in Strategy & Operations Consulting before moving on to become a Senior Consultant. At Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, they held the role of Executive Director, overseeing a program that provided practical skills and support to small businesses.

Vasco also has experience in the media industry, having worked at Sony Music and Time Inc. At Sony Music, they designed the homepage and interface for the National Lifestyle Marketing Team, while at Time Inc., they led a team to develop a business plan for a new SI.com fantasy sports strategy.

In their most recent position at Northwestern Mutual, Vasco has taken on several roles, including Vice President - Field Digital Strategy, Senior Director Digital Field Experience Strategy, and Chief of Staff, Career Distribution. Vasco also served as a Principal Consultant to the Small Business Distribution Ecosystem, where they consulted with managing partners and entrepreneurs to improve organizational alignment and profitability.

Vasco Bridges III has a strong educational background with degrees in various fields. Vasco obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Strategy and General Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Music Business at New York University from 2003 to 2005. Vasco also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Rice University, which they earned between 1999 and 2003.
