Alexandria Jackson

Alexandria Jackson has a diverse work experience in various roles, starting at Trustmark Bank as a Card Services and Fraud Specialist in 2012. Later, they worked as a Personal Loan Specialist at OneMain Financial, an Assistant Branch Manager at Mariner Finance, and in HR compliance at Day & Zimmermann. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success and Growth at JANO Technologies, where they previously held roles as a Technical/ Customer Success Manager and Business Management. Their experience includes managing operations, customer relationships, compliance programs, and unclaimed property analysis.

Alexandria Jackson earned an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Hinds Community College in 2007. Alexandria later obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Management from Jackson State University in 2019.
