Byörn Mattle

Byörn Mattle started their work experience in 2009 as an HR-Generalist at Oerlikon Solar AG. Byörn then moved to Sulzer Mixpac AG in 2013, where they worked as an HR Manager until 2018. In 2018, Mattle joined Jansen AG as an HR Manager and later became the Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2020.

Byörn Mattle completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Management from Hochschule Lichtenstein between the years 2003 and 2007. Byörn then pursued a Master's degree in HR Human System Engineering from ZHAW School of Management and Law, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Byörn Mattle has acquired additional certifications. Byörn obtained a certification in "Positiv führen" from LinkedIn in June 2023, and also completed a certification course on "So funktioniert LinkedIn Learning" from LinkedIn in February 2023.
