Mikayla Winter

Mikayla Winter is an experienced Associate Merchandiser at JanSport since April 2024, focusing on merchandise planning and inventory management. Previously, Mikayla served as an Analyst at VF Corporation, where compliance standards were regulated through analytic reporting and vendor relations. In the coaching realm, Mikayla held positions as Head Volleyball Coach at Denver North High School and Assistant Coach at Juggernaut Volleyball. Academic experience includes tutoring athletes at Iowa State University and serving as a Teaching Assistant. Mikayla completed internships at John Deere in supply chain roles and began a marketing internship at Residential Inspections of Iowa.
