Frans Willems

Frans Willems is an experienced professional with a diverse background in fundraising, project management, and team leadership. Currently serving as Coördinator Fondsenwerving Data & Support / Collectemanager a.i. at Jantje Beton since November 2022, Frans manages a five-person team, coordinates fundraising collections, and supports colleagues with data analysis and donor experience improvements. Previously, Frans worked as Collecte-coördinator for Hartstichting, focusing on maximizing collection outcomes in the Utrecht and Gelderland regions, and as Manager Landelijke Collecte at Amnesty International, where responsibilities included developing national fundraising plans and overseeing team operations. As a co-owner of Whiskyplan B.V., Frans contributed to establishing a crowdfunding-based distillery in the Netherlands. Additional roles include resource management, project leadership, and actuarial assistance across various organizations, complemented by a degree in Business Economics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
