Jennifer Keiser Neundorfer is the Founding Partner at January Ventures. Jennifer has over fifteen years of experience in the media and technology industries.

Jennifer started their career as a Case Team Leader and Founding Member of the Marketspace Practice at Monitor Deloitte. Jennifer then spent four years at YouTube, where they developed the initial monetization strategy for the company and managed the launch of their Promoted Video ad product. After YouTube, Jennifer spent four years at 21st Century Fox, where they launched Dyle Mobile TV and led Business Development with major content owners and device OEMs.

In 2013, Jennifer co-founded FlashStarts, Inc., a startup accelerator and follow-on fund focused dedicated to sourcing the next great early stage software companies in emergent tech hubs. Jennifer spent four years there before moving on to their current role as Founding Partner at January Ventures.

Jennifer Keiser Neundorfer has a MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Social Studies from Harvard University. Jennifer also attended Wellesley High School.
