Ronke Adelekan

Ronke Adelekan is currently the Chief People & Culture Officer at Janus Continental Group (JCG). Prior to this role, Adelekan held positions at various renowned companies such as EDGE, LafargeHolcim, Xstrata Coal, GE Oil & Gas, and Schlumberger. Adelekan has extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, HR leadership, and strategic staffing across different regions. Adelekan holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from the University of Surrey.
