Roger Lis

Roger Lis is an accomplished clinical operations professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Janux Therapeutics since September 2025. Previously, Roger held the role of Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Bicycle Therapeutics and served as a Senior Clinical Trial Manager at both Bicycle Therapeutics and Surface Oncology Inc. Prior clinical roles include Clinical Trial Manager positions at Rubius Therapeutics and Akebia Therapeutics, as well as Clinical Research Manager at TESARO, Inc. and Clinical Trial Coordinator roles at Biogen and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Roger holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology and Immunology and an M.Sc. in Biochemistry from McGill University.
