Quy Ly Pham has extensive work experience in various industries. From 2014 to 2020, they were an Event Team Leader and Event Manager at International Dual Career Network (IDCN). From 2009 to 2014, they were a Sales & Marketing Executive at Emeraude Classic Cruises and a Sales & PR Executive at C.I.S Vietnam Advertising & Exhibition Jsc. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Sales & Marketing Executive at Saigon Halong Hotel. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a freelance Tourist Guide, Interpreter, and English Teacher.

Quy Ly Pham completed a Bachelor degree in Economics and International Business from the Foreign Trade University between 2006 and 2009. Quy Ly then went on to obtain a Bachelor degree in Tourism from the UNIVERSITY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES (USSH) between 2001 and 2005. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration, Major in Tourism from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts between 2011 and 2013.
