From 2016 to 2019, they were the VP Customer Success at Rootstock Software, where they created the Customer Success organization and was involved throughout the customer's lifecycle. From 2015 to 2016, they were the VP Professional Services at Gearcloud Labs, where they used AngularJS to create the Admin Tool for a mobile app. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Partner at BGW Group, where they improved corporate directions and plans, defined products and services, and created the Requirements document for a client. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Director of Professional Services at Recommind, Inc., where they introduced a new implementation process and increased the PS utilization rate to 94%. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Lead Consultant at echo lane, where they directed project management, requirements gatherings, and implemented Salesforce.
