Beomsu Son

Beomsu SON currently serves as the Deputy Head of APAC and IPO Specialist at the Tokyo Stock Exchange since April 2023, following a role as Senior Manager at the Osaka Exchange from June 2020 to April 2023. Prior to that, Beomsu held a Senior Manager position in Corporate Communications at Japan Exchange Group from October 2017 to June 2020. Additional experience includes a secondee role at Japan Securities Depository Center, Inc. focusing on custody services for foreign stock certificates from June 2014 to August 2017 and a position as Staff at Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. from April 2013 to May 2014. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Goldman Sachs in August 2011 and conscription in the Republic of Korea Air Force from February 2009 to March 2011. Beomsu holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Waseda University, obtained in March 2013.
