We do this by offering 3 primary pillars of service to our clients: Talent Acquisition as a Service People Partner (HRBP) as a Service CPO (Chief People Officer) as a Service We are not simply HR consultants nor are we a recruitment agency. We provide dedicated resources that work onsite with our clients completely embedded into their teams and work with their stakeholders to both help create and execute their HR function.
