Yoshiyuki Okano

Yoshiyuki Okano possesses extensive experience in reservoir engineering, currently serving as General Manager and previously as Reservoir Engineering Senior Manager at Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd since February 2016. In this role, Yoshiyuki leads reservoir engineering and provides technical support across various projects, including shale gas, tight oil, and geothermal initiatives. Prior to this, Yoshiyuki was the Reservoir Engineering Manager at Kangean Energy Indonesia LTD, focusing on production forecasting and optimization of gas reservoirs. Earlier positions include Senior Reservoir Engineer and Assistant Manager at Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd and Japex Offshore Ltd, respectively. Yoshiyuki's educational background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Waseda University.
