Hang Nguyen

Hang Nguyen is currently the Head Organizational & Talent Development at JAPFA COMFEED VIETNAM since January 2024. From December 2021 to December 2023, they held the position of Head of HR South, Senior HRM at the same company, where they were responsible for HR management and achieved significant accomplishments such as mass recruitment and high employee engagement scores.

Prior to that, Hang Nguyen served as the Head of Human Resources at Accredo Asia Packaging from October 2019 to November 2021, overseeing the HR strategy and operation for a company with 500 employees.

Hang also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Siegwerk Vietnam from May 2018 to October 2019, responsible for HR and Administration management at the VN plant.

Starting from October 2008, Hang Nguyen worked at Harris Freeman & Co, initially as Assistant HR Manager until December 2011, then as HR & Admin Manager until December 2017. Their responsibilities included strategic planning, organizational development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, and administration for the company's three factories. Hang successfully set up new policies and procedures, achieved social compliance audits, and contributed to the company's culture and engagement development.

Hang Nguyen completed a Bachelor's degree in Good, Human Resource Management & Administration at the National Academy of Public Administration from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2020 to 2022, Hang pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management at Columbia Southern University. Hang also obtained additional certifications in topics like Human Resources, Talent Management, Global Leadership, and Practical Human Resource Director, with completion years ranging from 2015 to 2021.
