People and Culture Manager at Jappa

Makda Joseph has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Makda began their career in 2010 at Villa Eik, where they worked in the field of healthcare and caregiving. In 2014, they worked as a Job Coach and took on extra work at Lernia. From 2016 to 2022, Makda held the position of Matchare/Coach at Lernia, where they helped job seekers in their search for employment and education. Makda also conducted seminars on gender equality for participants in Volvo's assembly training programs. Currently, Makda is working as a People and Culture Manager at Jappa, a position they started in February 2022.

Makda Joseph attended the College of Central Florida from 2012 to 2016, where they studied Communication. Makda did not obtain a degree during this period. In terms of additional certifications, Makda obtained the CAE (Cambridge Advanced English) from the University of Cambridge in November 2008.
