Nistha Barthakur

Nistha Barthakur has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and people management. Nistha is currently working as the Lead, People and Culture at Jar, a position they began in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner - Product, Tech. & Design at slice from February 2022 to June 2022. Before that, they held the role of Culture & People Operations Manager at Parallel from June 2021 to February 2022.

In 2020, Nistha worked at IPG DXTRA, where they held two roles. First, they served as a Talent Specialist from September 2020 to May 2021, where they managed and optimized talent management processes and served as an HR Business Partner for the Gurugram branch. Additionally, they administered psychometric tests for cultural fitment during the hiring process. Prior to this, they worked as a Management Trainee from January 2020 to August 2020.
