Lidwien Kroef has extensive experience in the field of family support and youth assistance. Since January 2009, Lidwien has worked at Jarabee as an Ambulant gezinshulpverlener, focusing on solution-oriented practices to enhance the resilience and load-bearing capacity of family systems. Additionally, Lidwien has utilized Video Hometraining and Video Interactiebegeleiding tools to empower educators by demonstrating the impact of their actions on child behavior. Prior to this role, Lidwien was employed at Oosterpoort, a youth care institution, from January 1998 to January 2009, serving as an Ambulant gezinshulpverlener and Ouderbegeleider/groepsleidster.
