Richard Garcia

Richard Garcia currently serves as Mine Manager and Plant Manager at Jarco Companies since December 2023. Prior to this role, Richard worked at San Miguel Electric Cooperative, Inc. from July 2021 to December 2023 as a Mechanic. Richard also held the position of Dry Plant Manager at Signal Peak Silica LLC from October 2018 to November 2020. Richard received a High School Diploma from Jourdanton High School, completing education from 1989 to 1993.
