Samantha Wong

Samantha Wong currently serves as Manager of Group Talent Management at Jardine Matheson, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Samantha worked as a Consultant at Korn Ferry, focusing on organization strategy, assessment and succession, leadership development, and total rewards from March 2022 to November 2023. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Learning Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways, Learning Designer & Facilitator at atrain Limited, and various positions at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, including team member for online course development and teaching assistant. Samantha began her career at Twinkle Dance Company as an Assistant Teacher and Administrative Assistant, and gained foundational HR experience as an intern at LexisNexis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, along with participation in an International Student Exchange Program at Lund University.
