Sofia Nordengren

Sofia Nordengren currently serves as the Health and Wellbeing Lead and Senior Manager for Leadership Development and Learning at Jardine Matheson, a diversified Asia-based group. Prior to this role, Sofia held several prominent positions, including Vice President of Talent Development and Academy Consultant at Bank of America, where responsibility spanned operations and wellbeing strategies across APAC. Previous experience includes a Senior Manager role at DLA Piper, leading learning and development initiatives across Asia Pacific, and establishing the Pinsent Masons Academy as a Manager. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Advanced Studies in Public International Law from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Hong Kong.
