Kathy Stephan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and customer engagement across various industries. Currently serving as a Diamond Specialist at Jared the Galleria of Jewelry since October 2022, Kathy also operates as an Influencer with Lashing Everyone since March 2019 and a Luxury Travel Specialist with Travel by Me since 1985. Kathy's previous roles include Cosmetic Consultant at Spa Beauty Secrets, Make Up Specialist at Estee Lauder, and Sales Manager for Premier Cruise Lines. Notably, Kathy founded Luxury Cruise Specialists, leading the company as President from 1994 to 2007, managing a team of over 250 independent salespersons. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana University and a degree in Business from Indiana Business College.
