Clark Bain has over 25 years of work experience in sales and business development. Clark began their career in 1994 as the Vice President of Sales at Cycle Software Services, where they led the company from stagnation into a new growth phase. In 1996, they became the Director of Sales at PPT Vision, transforming and growing the sales force to six Account Managers and thirteen Application Engineers, establishing territories, focused teams, and accountability, yielding $10M/yr. in North America. From 2000 to 2003, they were the Managing Partner at Finch Partners. Clark then took on the role of Sales Development Leader at Storage Equipment, where they mentored and coached a team of eight sales professionals, and implemented forecasting, Top Five methodology, and ACT! as a sales tool. From 2005 to 2007, Clark was a Sales Executive at API Outsourcing, selling the largest new account since 2003. In 2016, they took on the role of Sales Development Officer, Business Development Manager, and Outbound Marketing Manager at Comparatio USA, where they lead the marketing and sales group focused on developing qualified sales leads from prospect lists. In 2018, they became the Business Development Officer at Crunch.io, spreading the word about the simple, drag-and-drop, survey data analysis platform. In 2019, they were the Director of Business Development at Element Five Solutions, Inc. and in 2020, they became the Business Development Manager at ReneSola Ltd., helping Minnesota cities, institutions, businesses, non-profits, and other organizations benefit from community and PPA solar development.

Clark Bain attended Lakeside School, Harvard University and Harvard Business School. Clark received an A.B. from Harvard University in Theirtory & Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School in General Management and Marketing between 1985 and 1987.
