Alan Brandies is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in land development and real estate growth. Currently serving as the VP of Client Relations and Business Development at Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, Inc. since July 2017, Alan combines relationship management with sourcing real estate opportunities. As Principal at Brandies Consulting since January 2017, Alan offers expertise in the development lifecycle, including property assessment and program management. Previous roles include Director of Planning and Development at Whitman, VP of Planning and Development, and Project Executive at AST Development Corporation, along with project management positions at Quaker Construction Management and The Kaplan Organization. Alan holds a Professional Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU and a BS in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.
