Maxinne Rhea Leighton

With more than 20 years of experience, Maxine Leighton is a senior-level strategist in marketing, business development, and communications for Jaros, Baum & Bolles (JB&B). Her responsibilities range from planning and executing business development and marketing strategies to working with JB&B’s client sector and technical leaders to leverage the firm’s reputation and a 100-year record of success. Ms. Leighton is adept at building alliances across diverse corporate interests, integrating people, processes, and resources as well as identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.

Ms. Leighton has a Master of Arts in Urban Studies from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She received her Ph.D. in 2020 and has published several books and articles on the built environment. Ms. Leighton is also a graduate of Women Unlimited’s Leadership Education and Development program.
