Michael Jarrett is the Founder, President & CEO of Jarrett, a position held since 1999. They have led the company to receive multiple awards, including recognition from Inc. Magazine (Inc. 5000) and The Plain Dealer as a Best Places to Work in Northeast Ohio, among other honors. They are also the founder of the Jarrett parent company, which includes PackShip USA, Inc., Jarrett Warehousing, and Jarrett Fleet Services. They earned a BA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Mount Union (1983–1987) and an MBA in Marketing from The University of Akron (1989–1991).
