Ariel Robles has extensive work experience in IT infrastructure and management roles. Ariel Robles currently holds the position of Head of Global IT Infrastructure at JAS Worldwide, where they are responsible for the strategic direction and management of global data centers and enterprise systems. Prior to this, Ariel served as the CEO/Founder/Chief Apostle at Global Apostolic International Network (GAIN), where they focused on nurturing relationships in ministry and promoting alliances in the Kingdom of God. Ariel Robles also held various roles at Mercedes-Benz USA, Lendlease, TierPoint, Fiserv, CSG, HP, Verizon, and Asociación de Empleados del ELA (AEELA), where they contributed to the development and management of IT infrastructure, data center operations, and network services. With their extensive experience and certifications in project management and IT frameworks, Ariel is a highly skilled professional in the field of IT infrastructure.

Ariel Robles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico - Metropolitan Campus. They also have an MBA in Management Information Systems from the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón. In terms of certifications, Ariel has obtained the ITIL v4 Foundation Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019 and the ITIL v3 Foundation Certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner in 2013. They are also a PMP Certified project manager, obtained from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in April 2012. Additionally, Ariel has obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE™), both in 2023. They are currently in progress to obtain the Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from AIGPE™.
