Kay Oster

Kay Oster is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in finance and administration within the logistics and transportation sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Global M&A at JAS Worldwide since August 2025, Kay supports the company's acquisition strategy and integration efforts. Prior to this role, Kay was a Finance Business Partner at A.P. Moller - Maersk, focusing on the integration of Senator Americas. As Chief Financial Officer for the Americas at Senator International from August 2008 to October 2022, responsibilities included managing financial operations for multiple subsidiaries and overseeing M&A activities. Earlier roles included Regional Controller for Latin America at ABX LOGISTICS, where significant contributions were made to financial reporting and strategic management. Kay holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration from the European Business College in Hamburg.
