Natália Araújo

Natália Araújo has extensive work experience in the logistics industry. Natália currently holds the position of Director of Operations at JAS Worldwide, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at DHL Global Forwarding, where they held various managerial roles. From November 2018 to November 2022, they served as the Air Freight Operational Manager for Brazil. Before that, they were the South Region District Manager from September 2015 to November 2018. In March 2015, they briefly worked as the Customer Service Manager for Brazil in the Air & Ocean division. Natália also held the positions of Import & Export Manager, Air Import & Export Supervisor, and Air Import Analyst during their tenure at DHL Global Forwarding. Prior to their logistics career, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Support Produtos Nutricionais from June 1999 to July 2000.

Natália Araújo completed their MBA in Supply Chain Management from MBA - Business School São Paulo in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Administration from FASP, which they completed from 2001 to 2004.
