Malcolm Ho-Tong

Malcolm Ho-Tong has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a background in solutions architecture and sales management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Jasco, Malcolm previously worked at Altech as an Indirect Sales Manager. Prior to that, Malcolm was a Solutions Architect at Jasco Enterprise for nearly two decades. Malcolm also had experience in Tier 3 support at AT&T/Lucent Technologies South Africa, focusing on enterprise communication equipment for the Africa Sub-Sahara region.
