Kerrie-Lea Whittingham

Kerrie-Lea (KL) Whittingham has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Head of People and Culture at JasonL Office Furniture since June 2021. Additionally, they are the Director of KL & Partners Pty Ltd, which provides HR management, recruitment, legal services, organizational psychology, and business consulting. Kerrie-Lea (KL) started this role in January 2021.

Prior to their current positions, Whittingham worked as the National Business Manager at Concept Recruitment Specialists from July 2019 to December 2020. Kerrie-Lea (KL) managed multiple sectors in recruitment, including business support, accounting and finance, human resources, civil and construction, and more.

From 2016 to 2019, Whittingham held the role of Regional Manager at Programmed Professionals, overseeing two branches and leading a team of specialist recruiters. Kerrie-Lea (KL) worked on white-collar recruitment services.

Before Programmed Professionals, Whittingham worked as an HR Practitioner at am2pm Human Resources from April 2011 to June 2016. Kerrie-Lea (KL) focused on HR best practices and introduced innovative ideas to SMEs.

Whittingham also has experience as a Senior Consultant in Sales and Marketing/Business Support at Talent2 from August 2015 to May 2016 and as a Talent Manager at Scott Recruitment Services from August 2010 to June 2011.

Earlier in their career, Whittingham worked as a Recruitment Adviser and Recruitment and Retention Manager at Grace Worldwide from June 2007 to August 2008, as an NSW Account Manager at dfp Recruitment Services in 2002, and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays from October 2000 to March 2002.

Kerrie-Lea Whittingham attended Macquarie University from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resource Management.
