Kanika Pandey

Kanika Pandey is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Global Talent Acquisition and Leadership Hiring at Jasper Colin since June 2022, Kanika builds and manages a global talent pipeline across regions, partnering with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Prior experience includes working as Lead Recruiter at Mindlance, handling complete recruitment processes for engineering and non-IT roles across the US and Canada, and earlier positions at iPlace that involved sourcing and coordinating candidates through the recruitment lifecycle. Kanika holds a BBA-LLB (Hons.) degree from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, completed in 2017.
