Bill Jobst

Bill Jobst has over 20 years of work experience in business development and capture management roles. Bill started their career at EY as a Senior Manager, where they led business development and client relationship management across various industries. In 1997, they joined Reliant Data Systems as the Director of Federal, overseeing the company's entry into the Federal market.

From 1999 to 2000, Jobst worked as a Regional Sales Manager at McCabe & Associates, where they led sales and client management in the Federal and Southeastern U.S. commercial markets. Bill then joined Northrop Grumman Corporation as the Director of Business Development for TRW Systems, where they managed business development efforts for a $3 billion business unit.

In 2004, Jobst became the Vice President at Government Sales Force, delivering technology and services solutions to the DoD, Homeland, and National Law Enforcement & Intelligence community. Bill then joined AT&T as the Government Solutions Homeland Security Sales Director, leading a sales team responsible for core network, mobility data center/hosting, and professional services for the Department of Homeland Security.

In 2008, Jobst became a Principal at The MITA Group, where they led client engagements, capture, proposal, and business development activities for emerging and established federal technology and services partner providers. Bill then joined ManTech International as the Executive Director of Business Development, Technical Services Group, responsible for ManTech's Global Communications Unit's business development and capture management.

From 2011 to 2013, Jobst worked at AccessAgility LLC as the Director of Business Development, leading capture management and business development efforts across DoD and Civil Agencies. Bill focused on IT/Cloud Services, Cyber Security/SOC Services, Mobile Device Security/Management, Mobile Application Development/Management, and Wireless Network Design and Deployment.

Currently, Jobst is working at Jasper Solutions Inc. as the Vice President of Business Development & Capture Management, overseeing the company's business development and capture management activities.

Throughout their career, Jobst achieved key wins and managed teaming and partner initiatives. Bill has experience working with a wide range of customers, including government agencies, the intelligence community, and commercial markets.

Bill Jobst completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, and Naval Architecture from Christian Brothers University, which they attended from 1976 to 1980. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Ocean Engineering at Texas A&M University from 1980 to 1982.
