Matt Ford

Matt Ford has extensive work experience in human resources. Matt is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Jasper Therapeutics. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of HR & Operations at Tricida, Inc. from 2020 to 2023. Before that, they were a Vice President of Human Resources at Tricida, Inc. from 2018 to 2020.

From 2016 to 2018, Matt worked at Jazz Pharmaceuticals as the Head of HR Business Partners and HR Business Partner for R&D, CFO, and Legal. Prior to that, they held various roles at Gilead Sciences, including Associate Director of Worldwide HR Operations and Senior HR Business Partner for the Cardio-Pulmonary commercial unit.

Matt also has experience working at GSK as an HR Manager and at innocent drinks as an International HR Business Partner and Recruitment Manager.

Matt Ford obtained a BSc in Biochemistry & Genetics with a 2.1 degree classification from The University of Sheffield, where they studied from 1998 to 2001.
