Lawrence Dee

Lawrence Dee is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the fintech and banking sectors. Currently serving as Head Of Operations at Concerto Card Company since July 2021, Lawrence plays a key role in developing innovative credit card programs. As a Board Member at North American Assurance, Inc. since September 2022, strategic oversight is a focus. Previously, Lawrence held multiple senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo from May 2006 to June 2021, including Senior Vice President overseeing contact center strategy and execution, and Vice President of Operations for various divisions. Notable achievements include substantial cost savings and the establishment of a virtual call center during the COVID response.
