Natalja Pazekha

Natalja Pazekha has a diverse background in product management and project management. Natalja started their career in 2016 at AdMobiSpy, where they began as a QA Engineer and later transitioned into a Project Manager and then a Product Manager role. During their time at AdMobiSpy, Natalja was responsible for maintaining product analytics and conducting user research, which helped drive the development of new features and solidify the company's position as a leader in data analytics services for the advertising market.

In 2018, Natalja moved on to work for Advertika as a Product Manager, where they continued to excel in maintaining product analytics and creating/updating product documentation.

Since 2019, Natalja has been working at LUNAE Marketing Agency as a Product Manager and Co-founder. In this role, they not only maintains product analytics but also defines and analyzes metrics to measure product success. Natalja has been responsible for conducting marketing research, defining product strategies and roadmaps, and building the company's business processes. Natalja has also managed a team of 10+ members, ensuring their timely contributions to projects.

Natalja's most recent work experience is with JatApp, where they currently hold the position of Product Manager starting from November 2022.

Natalja Pazekha's education history includes a Specialist degree from the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute', which they attended from 2007 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Intensive - From Routine to Scaling" from Business-Сonstructor in February 2020. Natalja also holds certifications in "Advertising Communication 11", "Marketing Research 3.0", and "Practical Marketing 3.0" from the School of Marketing and Communication "Baggage", obtained in 2018 and 2017 respectively. Furthermore, Natalja has completed the "Training for Management Staff - How to Hire Employees" from Performia in May 2017.
