Simon Briceno

Simon Briceno is an accomplished aerospace professional with extensive experience in strategy and business development. Currently serving as SVP of Strategy and Business Development at AIRO since March 2023, Simon also holds the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Jaunt Air Mobility LLC from February 2020, where responsibilities include developing commercial strategies for an all-electric aircraft and managing operational initiatives with aerospace partners. Additionally, Simon is a Strategic Advisor at Joulea, focusing on energy efficiency in building operations, and is the founder and owner of Silasoma Holdings LLC. With a strong academic background, Simon earned a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University. Prior to these roles, Simon held various leadership and research positions at the Georgia Institute of Technology and worked as an Associate Scientist at General Applied Science Laboratories, Inc.
