Dave Brown

Dave Brown is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the mortgage and property management sectors. As Co-Founder and COO of JAUNT Vacation Rentals since 2022, Dave is dedicated to redefining the luxury rental property experience. Prior to this, Brown served as Co-Founder and CEO of Swell Loans LLC, where the focus was on providing exceptional service to self-employed and investor customers. Previous roles include Co-Founder of Refi.com, which aimed to enhance transparency in mortgage refinancing, and Co-Founder, CEO, and President of First Direct Lending, a recognized consumer direct mortgage lender. Brown’s career began at Solstice Capital Group, a pioneering mortgage bank that was later acquired by HSBC Holdings. Dave holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurial Studies from USC Marshall School of Business.
