Kelly Reinoso

Kelly Reinoso, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Kelly is currently the Director of Human Resources at Javits Center since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Paychex from 2014 to 2023, where they held positions such as Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Generalist. At Paychex, they were responsible for enabling operational excellence, utilizing data analytics for research and recommendations, and reducing employer liability through training programs. Before their time at Paychex, Kelly worked at Carver Federal Savings Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager from 2009 to 2014. In this role, they achieved key financial targets, resolved customer service issues, and participated in talent acquisition initiatives.

Kelly Reinoso, PHR, SHRM-CP has a background in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Hunter College. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI in 2014, the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015, and the Hiring and Retaining Diverse Talent (HRCI) certification from MindEdge Learning in 2022. They also completed the SHRM Essentials of HR Management course in 2013.
