Samer Khoury

Samer Khoury has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the CS Core Operations Section Head at JAWWAL since June 2009. In this role, Samer has also held positions as Core Operations Unit Head-Project Manager and Senior Switch Engineer. Prior to this, Samer worked as an Electrical Site Engineer at EFECO LLC, a subsidiary of Arabtec Holding PJSC, from July 2008 to May 2009. Samer Khoury earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Birzeit University between 2015 and 2017 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from An Najah National University, completed in 2008.
