Erika Gayhart has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Erika is currently the Marketing Director at JAX INC., where they lead marketing and communication projects, develops strategies, manages budgets, and identifies market expansion opportunities. Prior to this, they worked at Chr. Hansen, starting as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator and then progressing to roles such as Associate Marketing Manager and North America Marketing Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for crafting marketing plans, product positioning, lead generation, and overseeing tradeshows and advertising. Erika also worked at First Choice Ingredients as an Administrative and HR Assistant.

Erika Gayhart has a Bachelor's Degree in Management, with a concentration in Business Management and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Erika also has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Management from Moraine Park Technical College. In 2018, they earned a Master of Science degree in Communication from Purdue University, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communication Management from the same institution.
