Javier Shannon

Javier Shannon has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Javier most recently worked as a Regional Manager for Jax Rideshare Rentals, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they served as the General Manager for TMX Finance Family of Companies, where they had full P&L accountability for a location and oversaw daily operations.

Before that, from 2018 to 2020, Javier held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Hertz, where they managed the daily operations of transporters for a branch with over 9,000 vehicles and had full P&L accountability.

In 2017, they served as the District Manager Maaco Division for Atticus Franchise Group, where they had full P&L accountability and oversaw the daily operations of multiple production locations. Javier also served as the Location Manager for Hertz from 2016 to 2017.

Javier has also gained experience in operations management as the Operations Rental Manager at ValueMax Car Rental from 2014 to 2016 and as an Assistant Manager at Kauffman Tire from 2013 to 2014.

Additionally, they worked as a District Manager at Aramark Uniform Services from 2012 to 2013 and as a Branch Rental Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2008 to 2012.

Throughout their career, Javier has demonstrated skills in managing P&L, overseeing daily operations, training and development, customer service, marketing, sales, and collections.

Javier Shannon obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Georgia Southern University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
