Assima Narimanova has held various roles in the hospitality industry since 2014. Assima began their career as a Guest Relations Officer Intern for Renaissance Hotels. In 2014, they also worked as a Sheraton Shenzhou Puninsula Resort for Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. In 2015, they were a Human Resources Administrator for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. where they assisted with recruitment, onboarding, and employee requests. In 2017, they held two roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., a Human Resources Administrator and a Finance Officer. In 2018, they were a Human Resources Supervisor for Hampton where they were responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting applicants. In 2019, they were a Learning & Development Generalist for JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai where they developed on-property training calendars and created and innovated new ideas for future training and development programs. Finally, in 2021, they were a Human Resources Generalist for PetroKazakhstan where they organized the activities of Expats and participated in obtaining Work permits and Visas. In 2022, they are currently an IT Recruiter for Jaxel where they are responsible for searching for IT Engineers, screening resumes, conducting pre-screening interviews, and arranging Technical Interviews with engineers.
Assima Narimanova completed a Law degree from Caspian Moderen Colledge from 2010 to 2013, followed by a Hotel Administration Program from Les Roches Jin Jiang International Hotel Management College from 2013 to 2015. Assima then went on to complete a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Les Roches Marbella Global Hospitality from 2015 to 2016.
