Margarita Osipov

Margarita Osipov has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Project Management. Margarita began their career in 2009 as an HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Programs Manager at Stuzo. In 2011, they joined Atlantic Group (AGL) / Advertisement, Media, Publishing as a Customer Success Project Manager. In 2017, they moved to Grid Dynamics as an HR Program Manager. Currently, they are a Human Resources Business Consultant at Jaxel. During their time at Stuzo, they also served as a Project Manager Scrum Master, where they were exposed to a startup culture and facilitated collaboration across teams.

Margarita Osipov obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Marketing from Zhytomyr State Technological University in Ukraine in 2009, and a Master's degree in Foreign Languages (English, German) & Literature from Zytomyr State 'Ivan Franko' University in Ukraine in 2006. Margarita also obtained a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in October 2010.
