Pavel Novikov

Pavel Novikov has over 8 years of professional experience in the software engineering industry. From 2022 to present, they have been a Delivery Manager at Jaxel. From 2017 to 2022, they held various roles at Grid Dynamics, including Delivery Manager, Student Practice & Internship Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems from 2013 to 2017. During their career, they have gained extensive experience working in distributed teams, creating high-load web applications with various libraries and frameworks. Pavel has also acted as an ambassador for Scrum methodologies and has been responsible for the selection and assignment of interns.

Pavel Novikov attended Saratov State University named after N.G.Chernyshevsky from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Specialist degree in Physical Sciences. Pavel also attended Saratov State Technical University from 2008 to 2010, where they received a Professional Programmer degree in Computer Programming. In addition, they have obtained numerous certifications from Coursera, Udemy, and the Project Management Institute between 2018 and 2020, covering topics such as communication strategies, coaching managers and leaders, leading teams, effective delegation, giving and receiving feedback, time and task management, and agile project management.
