Paula deGaravilla-Driscoll

Paula deGaravilla-Driscoll began their career at Jay Cashman, Inc. in 1992 as a Project Manager, Office Engineer, Field Engineer, and Estimator. Paula was responsible for leading pre-construction efforts, developing initial project budgets and schedules, preparing scopes of work for materials and trade bid packages, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Paula also collaborated with the bid team to procure work, estimated quantities, excavation pricing, and concrete pricing. In addition, they surveyed for construction of multiple bridge, roadway, and utility projects and managed the document control process. In 2015, they were promoted to Quality Control Manager.

Paula deGaravilla-Driscoll earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1993.
