R. Robert Popeo, Jr. has worked in the legal profession since 1998. R. Robert started as an Attorney at Hutchins Wheeler & Dittmar and then moved to Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. in 2001. In 2009, they became the Vice President - Institutional Capital at Condyne, LLC, where they were responsible for raising capital, developing the company's renewable energy portfolio, managing relationships with institutional investors, and leading capital planning and investor communications. In 2014, they became the Chief Legal Officer at Jay Cashman, Inc., and in 2020 they became the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President at Patriot Renewable Energy Capital, LLC.

R. Robert Popeo, Jr. began their education in 1980 at Belmont Hill School. R. Robert then attended Middlebury College from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science. In 1995, they enrolled at Boston College Law School and graduated in 1998 with a Juris Doctor in Law.
